TENTATIVE BOOKINGS

A tentative reservation will be held for 7 days from the date of the tentative booking . If the booking is not confirmed after 7 days of date of booking, TOCCA has the right to cancel the tentative booking without notice.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS AND DEPOSIT

A minimum spend of $2000 is required in CELLAR (minimum spends may vary depending on which area of the restaurant) and to secure the booking. A deposit of 25% is required to be paid to confirm booking.

MENU AND FINAL NUMBERS

Menu and beverages are required to be confirmed 7 days prior to function to ensure that goods are in stock. A set menu or a sharing menu is required to be agreed to over 12 Pax.

FINAL NUMBERS / CANCELATIONS

The final numbers should be confirmed three day prior to event with all dietary requirements. If the final numbers go below on the day of the function no refund will be offered.

TIMES

The maximum time of 4 to 5 hours will be allocated as agreed between client and TOCCA.

RESPONSIBILITY

The client is financially responsible for any damage that is sustained to the venue or equipment. TOCCA does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior during or after an event

PAYMENT /PAYMENT METHOD

Final payment should be made in full 2 days prior to function. Balance of payment of additional Beverages, Food and Extended times to be settled in full on completion of the function. Payments can be made by Cash, Credit card, Eftpos.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION

TOCCA is a fully licensed venue . No food and Beverage of any kind will be allowed to be brought in to the venue by the host or any any guests attending the function.

DECORATIONS

No decorations are to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any wall, door or other surface or part of the
building.

LIQOUR LICENSING AND RSA

TOCCA Italian Kitchen & Bar reserved the right refuse / eject or exclude alcohol to guests who are over the limit according to the liquor control reform act 1998 of Victoria

DRESS CODE

Smart casual dress code / Presentable attire applies at all times at TOCCA Italian Kitchen & Bar
